Microsoft Previews the Look of Windows 10


Microsoft opened up the design of the coming operating system. Windows 10 which is yet to be launched was brought up on the table on Tuesday (yesterday). Having skipped Windows 9, the company explained why it jumped the digit 9 and took 10 while naming there next operating system. The software giant organized the meeting which took place in San Francisco, and the elements of the future Windows 10 operating system was previewed in regard to the users.

Microsoft executive Terry Myerson announced that the Windows 10 is going to be the largest change ever in the generation of Microsoft’s operating systems. According to Myerso, the users of Windows 10 will find it understandable, compatible and fruitful. Some elements resemble those in Windows 7 and Windows 8. Both Start menu and task bar have been placed in front and center.

On skipping ‘Windows 9’ name, Myerson said ‘Windows 10’name just suites the operating system, even by just looking at it. “When you see the product in its fullness, I think you will agree with us that it is a more appropriate name,” Myerson said. Belfiore added that the company is focusing on personalization to help users find windows friendly. “We are trying to hit this balance in just the right way,” Belfiore said. Today Microsoft is launching a Windows Insider program and will release a technical preview of Windows 10 for desktops and laptops.

For months Microsoft has been spreading the gospel of its plans for Windows. Now the preview of Windows 10 has taken place, and the Windows Insider program is going to be launched today. The company is making steps towards its dream to make its operating systems better, as the users wait for the Windows 10 to come.
